Well, hello, gorgeous family!

Fall family portraits celebrating one year old in Grand Rapids, Michigan

I’m one of those blessed photographers who have beautiful families to call her friend… and clients! Instead of a mini-session, the Alexander family opted to do a full session for Natalie’s first birthday. We got out early to get that pretty morning glow, but November in Michigan always leaves more to be desired in terms of weather. It was COLD! Below 30 cold. Poor Anna and Natalie were freezing, not to mention mom and dad, but I think we successfully managed to get some great family photos. Good thing the short term weather pain never stays in mind for long.
